Lisa Vanderpump made a name for herself in the U.S. as a reality star. The British beauty was an OG cast member on Bravo’s The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. The network created the spinoff Vanderpump Rules about Lisa Vanderpump’s SUR restaurant. The series featured more of the personal lives of the staff than the restaurant business.
Now the former RHOBH star has reportedly put her iconic restaurants up for sale. Is she having money problems? Keep reading for all the details.
RHOBH: Lisa Vanderpump’s Iconic Restaurants Up For Sale, Money Troubles?
She left RHOBH in 2019 after a falling out with her co-stars, including former bestie Kyle Richards. Her SUR bar made headlines in 2023 when two of its employees were exposed for having a torrid affair. Tom Sandoval was caught cheating on his girlfriend, Ariana Madix, with co-worker Rachel Leviss.
But he became a business partner of Lisa Vanderpump a few years before “Scandoval” broke. He opened the TomTom bar with Tom Schwartz. Lisa Vanderpump and her husband held the majority ownership in the bar. The shocking cheating scandal really hurt the business.
According to the Instagram fan account @sethonthescene, TomTom and its neighboring restaurant, PUMP, are both up for sale. Lisa Vanderpump closed PUMP in 2023 after 10 years. TomTom is reportedly still open and operating while on the market.
Not only are the physical locations for sale, the intellectual rights of both restaurants are up for grabs. That means the new owners can open new restaurants in the spaces or carry on under the already established names.

She Just Opened Another Restaurant In Arizona
Vanderpump Rules continued for one season after “Scandoval.” However, several of the main cast members weren’t planning to return for another season. Instead of canceling the show, Bravo rebooted it with an all-new cast. But the newbies didn’t win over the audience. The show is on the brink of cancellation.
The reason PUMP and TomTom are up for sale hasn’t been revealed. But some fans speculated that Lisa Vanderpump might have money trouble after a disappointing season. She did open several new restaurants over the last few years.
Her latest was Wolf by Vanderpump. It opened in December 2025 in the Caesars Republic hotel in Scottsdale, Arizona. Bravo fans took to Reddit to share their reaction to TomTom going up for sale.

- “I think if they had continued the show with the OG cast that these restaurants would still be in business.”
- “LVP winding down in WeHo. First, Covid killed “Villa Blanca” and “Pump”, now “TomTom” as “Vanderpump Rules” losing steam with the reboot”
- “I bet Sandoval is upset with a bruised ego somewhere that Lisa didn’t consult with him about selling TomTom.”
- “Honestly, Lisa is 65 and Ken is 80. I think they are just wanting to retire at this point.”
- “My thought is she might’ve offered the Toms the opportunity for them to buy it, but they’re both broke af and Sandy’s mom can’t front the money since he never paid her back”
