Manchester United are targeting three consecutive Premier League wins when Brighton & Hove Albion visit Old Trafford on Saturday.
The hosts won 2-1 at Liverpool last Sunday and victory would move Ruben Amorim’s side level on points with Manchester City, who started the day in second.
Brighton are unbeaten in five matches in all competitions and are a point behind United following the Seagulls’ 2-1 home win over Newcastle last Saturday.

Man United lineup vs Brighton
Defender Harry Maguire, who headed the 84th-minute winner against the Reds, misses out with a knock. Mason Mount is fit enough for a place on the bench. Lenny Yoro comes in for Maguire, while Benjamin Sesko returns to the XI up front.
Centre-back Lisandro Martinez is not yet ready to return from a long-term knee injury for United, while wideman Noussair Mazraoui returned on the bench at Anfield, having been a doubt.
“He trained really well,” Amorim said of Martinez, who is recovering from a long-term knee injury. “He was on the next pitch and I was watching.
“He’s training really well, the knee is looking well but I don’t want to say a specific week [for his return] and then it depends on Licha, whether he wins the spot.”

Midfielder Diego Gomez is fit for Brighton after being withdrawn through injury in the win over Newcastle. He is on the bench, with Maxim De Cuyper taking his place.
Full-back Joel Veltman, winger Kaoru Mitoma and forward Brajan Gruda had all been doubts but centre-back Adam Webster, the versatile Jack Hinshelwood and wideman Solly March remain sidelined.
Former United striker Danny Welbeck scored both goals against the Magpies and Albion manager Fabian Hurzeler said he was “sure” that England manager Thomas Tuchel would have watched the 34-year-old’s performance.
“I’m happy to see England progressing well with Thomas and I’m sure he will make the right decisions,” Hurzeler replied when he was asked about a potential Three Lions recall for Welbeck. “Let’s see what he will decide regarding Danny.”
Analysing United’s approach, Hurzeler suggested the Red Devils play a “more direct, more vertical style”.
“They play more long balls trying to target [Benjamin] Sesko, going with a lot of players for the second ball, trying to win the second ball and then continue on their wings, to try to attack the box with a lot of deep runs,” he added.
“Every player from them, especially up front, can decide the game with one action. All of their players have great individual quality and therefore they’re always a danger to us.
“We have to be alert for 90 minutes, no matter if you’re in possession, out of possession or it’s a set-piece for us or against us, because they can score within every phase. That makes them so dangerous.”
