Manchester City can capitalise on Arsenal’s slip-up in midweek and move within two points of the Gunners with a win over Newcastle tonight.
Arsenal’s draw at Wolves on Wednesday night has opened the door for City, who have won six and drawn one of their last seven games in all competitions.
Two of those victories came against Newcastle in the semi-finals of the EFL Cup.
The visitors arrive at the Etihad on the back of a 6-1 victory at Qarabag in midweek.
