For years, Kelly Ripa’s husband, Mark Consuelos, came in as a guest co-host whenever her regular teammate was absent. She worked alongside Regis Philbin, Michael Strahan, and Ryan Seacrest on Live, but Mark was the one constant. Finally, he was made the permanent co-host, and fans were thrilled over this development. They bicker, fight, laugh, and talk about all things personal, and that makes them extremely relatable. At the same time, they have outside obligations that can sometimes take them away. Yet, why has Mark been absent right now, leading him to be replaced?
Mark has been MIA for some time now, and that has led several others to jump into his seat for the time being.
