Kidman has officially been named the primary residential parent of her two daughters, Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret, following her divorce from Urban.

According to court documents obtained by the Daily Mail, the actress will have the children for 306 days of the year, while her estranged husband will have them for just 59 days.

His time is limited to every other weekend, from Saturday morning to Sunday evening, along with a few holidays like Thanksgiving and Father’s Day.

Kidman, on the other hand, will celebrate Mother’s Day and Easter with her girls.

While both parents will make major decisions about their daughters together, the paperwork also revealed that neither Kidman nor Urban will pay monthly child support.

Instead, the country singer has “already prepaid all child support obligations,” leaving the Hollywood star with the bulk of the parenting responsibilities.

The custody details have raised questions about how Nicole Kidman will juggle her Hollywood career with nearly full-time parenting.

Known for rarely taking a break, the 58-year-old has led blockbuster films and shows in recent years, including “Babygirl,” Netflix’s “The Perfect Couple,” and Paramount+ spy thriller “Lioness.”

One source close to her admitted, “She never stops working. And rarely does she film in Nashville, so it is going to be one big, transatlantic struggle for her.”

Keith Urban, meanwhile, is currently traveling the world on his High And Alive tour, making Kidman the stable figure in her daughters’ lives.

Friends say the actress has always been a devoted mother and often makes arrangements for her children to join her on set.

Tutors and staff usually ensure the girls don’t miss out on their schooling, but the absence of a partner at home has added new pressure.

Kidman has already shown her determination to put her daughters first.

Earlier this summer, while filming “Practical Magic 2” in London, she brought Sunday Rose and Faith Margaret with her to the UK.

The doting mom rented a lavish Hampstead mansion, once home to singer Boy George, for £65,000 a month.

The home featured five bedrooms, a cinema, and even a meditation room, giving the girls comfort during a tense time.

A source revealed, “Nicole brought the girls with her to London. They seemed to have a great time. Of course Nicole had domestic help, but she wasn’t going to leave them in Nashville so she made arrangements for them to come to the UK with her. That’s pretty standard for her. She works, but by the looks of her recent trip to London, she loves being a mother too.”

Even though the divorce had not been made public, the girls already knew about it.

Friends say Kidman made sure to provide stability and love during the difficult transition, proving once again how seriously she takes her role as a mother.

This is not the first time Nicole Kidman has faced challenges with motherhood.

Her divorce from Tom Cruise in 2001 left her estranged from her adopted children, Isabella and Connor, who chose to stay with the actor and were raised in the Church of Scientology.

Kidman has not been publicly seen with them for years, though she once said, “They are adults. They are able to make their own decisions. They have made choices to be Scientologists and as a mother, it’s my job to love them.”
