Paramount+ have just released a trailer for Taylor Sheridan‘s drama The Madison, set to star Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell, scheduled for a March release.
Additional cast members include Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amiah Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, Matthew Fox and Will Arnett.
Pfieffer‘s casting was confirmed in early August 2024, followed by Chapman, Adams, Garrett, Miller and Fox all being confirmed as cast members later that month. Schnetzer was confirmed to appear in October 2024, and Zegers, Spence, Pollack, and Vasinova in December. Russell’s casting was announced in September 2024, and Arnett’s in January 2028.
The official synopsis for the show focuses on the Clyburn family as they move from New York City to the Madison River “for emotional recovery following a tragedy that shattered the family.”
The show will be formatted in six episodes divided into two releases of three episodes, which are due to be available for streaming on 14th March for 1-3 and then on 21st March for 4-6.
The Madison has already been renewed for a second season before the premiere, which completed filming in December 2025.
Producers for the show are Sheridan, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burke, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Keith Cox and Michael Friedman. Stars Pfeiffer and Russell also have producing credits on the series.
Voros is the director for all six episodes, and Breton Vivian provides an original score. This will be a reunion with Sheridan, following a collaboration on her Yellowstone universe projects, such as Yellowstone (2018-2024), 1883 (2021-2022) and the upcoming The Dutton Ranch.
The Madison comes to Paramount+ on 14th March, 2026.
