A Real Housewives of Miami star allegedly drugged and then sexually assaulted a female. A lawsuit was filed, and accusations have flown, so when did this all go down? Moreover, what is the reality star saying about the suit? Keep reading for all the details that are currently known about the RHOM star.
More RHOM Drama
The Real Housewives of Miami has had drama on and off-screen. As of now, the hit Bravo series is on hiatus with no set return or filming date, and fans are livid. They feel that this is one to watch and not having it on their screens is a major failing on Bravo’s behalf. Allegedly, RHOM is not officially done, per Andy Cohen, but time will tell what the future holds. While the show is on break, there have been some major issues. Todd Nepola filed a lawsuit against Bravo, and now, another suit has been filed. This time, it is against a cast member.
Lenny Hochstein, the ex of cast member Lisa Hochstein, is being accused of drugging an unnamed woman. Not only that, but after he drugged her, he then supposedly proceeded to sexually assault her. Lenny and Lisa had a very contentious relationship until they officially split, and now co-parent their two children. He moved on with Katharina Mazepa, and they became engaged, but that also ended. Lenny, 59, is now dating Alena Kovalenko, 25, but is facing serious allegations. This supposedly happened in May 2025 when she came to Miami from London.

It seems she met a young man at a club, and he invited her to a party at a Star Island mansion. However, no one was there upon her arrival. Allegedly, Lenny hit on her and then offered her sleep medication. Since he is a famed plastic surgeon, she did not think it would be bad, so she took it. She fell asleep and awoke to learn that she and the RHOM star had been intimate. Lenny claimed it was melatonin, but the victim realized he had given her Ambien.
Lenny Claps Back
After the allegations came out against Lenny Hochstein, the RHOM star clapped back. He is vehemently denying any wrongdoing and disputing what this unnamed woman had to say. Lenny released a statement to TMZ and had this to say:
“I have never drugged or raped anyone in my life. This is an encounter I had over a year ago. There are multiple witnesses. If she believes she was raped she should go to the police. Not try to sue me for money. There is a video of her leaving my home the next day smiling and dancing. That is not the behavior of someone who believes she was raped.”
Those who read the story were shocked that she took a random pill from someone she did not know. That was the first red flag, although they are not discounting what happened to her. However, they felt that it would ultimately be dismissed, with her saying she willingly took a pill.
