Rosie O’Donnell moved to Ireland with her youngest child, Dakota, in early 2025. The former talk show host has five children. She adopted four of her children – Parker, Chelsea, Blake, and Vivienne – with her first ex-wife, Kelli Carpenter. Rosie O’Donnell welcomed her youngest child, Dakota, with her late second wife, Michelle Rounds.

The View Host’s Daughter Accused Of Sexual Assault
Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter made headlines when she was 17 after going missing back in 2015. She was found a few days later at the house of a man she met online. It was the start of Chelsea’s legal troubles. She’s been arrested multiple times on drug charges, most recently in 2024.
In addition to the drug charges, Chelsea was arrested on child neglect charges. She has four children. Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter was initially sentenced to six years of probation for the charges. However, she was sent to prison in October 2025 after her probation was revoked.
In a shocking report, TMZ broke the news about why the probation was revoked. Chelsea allegedly sexually assaulted a man who was riding in her car. According to the report from the State of Wisconsin Department of Corrections, Rosie O’Donnell’s daughter touched a man’s thigh without permission. “After pushing her hand away, Ms. O’Donnell then touched his genitals,” the report states.
Chelsea denied the sexual assault allegations, calling the incident consensual. She further admitted to having intimate relationships with four other men she met on a dating app.
Rosie O’Donnell released a statement to Us Weekly back in October when her daughter’s parole was revoked. “I have compassion for those struggling with addiction – chelsea was born into addiction and it has been a painful journey for her and her children. We continue to love and support her through these horrible times. prayers welcomed.”
