This happened two years before she admitted it. When it happened, she kept it all to herself. Fans could not understand why she would admit it after keeping it bottled up for so long. However, Scheana wanted her memoir to be as honest and authentic as possible. She could not be her true self without sharing this part of her story. Obviously, Scheana chose to stay with Brock. Scheana Shay has revealed that Brock’s affair is what ruined her friendship with Lala Kent.
“Not one — but two — of my closest friends repeated the Brock affair story to other people. One of those that it was repeated to was Brittany [Cartwright]. I know Brittany doesn’t have bad intentions. I wanted to tell her myself but I didn’t have a chance. That one that I can’t get over is Lala telling [our mutual friend] Jenna Willis, who I have not been on good terms with since last season.”
She then revealed that Lala was trying to tell Jenna because she was being hard on Scheana. Lala just wanted Jenna to know what Scheana was really going through. However, this still did not sit well with Shay.
It seems as though Lala told their mutual friend that Scheana no longer talks to. However, Lala was trying to let the friend know what Scheana was truly going through. She did not do it out of ill will. Scheana knows this, but is still upset about it all. This is something that made the situation worse, and she is having a hard time with that.
