RHOM Hits A Wall For Season 8
Bravo fans recall how RHOM was cancelled after Season 3, but in 2023, it was brought back. It may have taken a decade for executives to realize how beloved this franchise was, but it happened. This was much to the fans’ delight, yet it did not return to Bravo. Rather, it headed over to streamer Peacock, where it stayed for two years. Then, it returned to Bravo and has remained there ever since. In the middle of Season 7, rumors flew that the show might be headed for another cancellation.
The viewership was allegedly low and not enough to keep it running. However, it was renewed, but filming has yet to begin. Now, it seems that the cast is being reevaluated as some members are on the chopping block. Fans do not want to see Julia Lemigova ever again, and they are tired of Alexia Nepola’s storyline. Additionally, Lisa Hochstein has worn out her welcome, but who is the network thinking of getting rid of? Insiders shared that Guerdy Abraira and Julia may be axed ahead of Season 8.
Moreover, newcomer Stephanie Shojaee might be over RHOM. She was not the biggest hit when she came onto the scene. Therefore, she is allegedly rethinking a second season. Filming should be getting ready to start, but that is not happening and won’t until casting decisions are made. As to how long that will take is unknown.
