Serena Gomez and Benny Blanco tied the knot on September 27 in Santa Barbara, California. Their union came nearly a year after the Disney alum announced her engagement to the record producer in December 2024.

Days after Gomez and Blanco said their vows, financial and relationship experts advised them not to stop working on their relationship, given the massive income gap between them. Many, like financial adviser Bobbi Rebell, agreed that their billionaire-millionaire status posed unique risks.

On that note, Westenholz emphasized the importance of maintaining open communication and building trust between Gomez and Blanco. Matchmaker Sandra Myers agreed, sharing that financial gaps typically do not spell trouble in stable marriages.
