Sherrone Moore has just been hit with three charges for his post-firing incident on Wednesday — home invasion, stalking and breaking and entering.
The former Michigan coach is slated to appear in court in a matter of minutes for his arraignment — we’re streaming the whole thing.
Moore was wearing an all-white outfit and appeared via Zoom.
The home invasion charge is a third degree felony … and carries up to five years and/or $2,000 penalty.
The stalking — domestic relationship charge is a misdemeanor … and has a one year and/or $1,000 penalty and up to five years of probation.
The breaking and entering — illegal entry (without owner’s permission) charge comes with 90 days and/or $500 penalty.
Prosecutors asked for a $25,000 bond … and asking for several conditions, including a mental health evaluation for Moore and requested he has no contact with the alleged victim and surrender his passport.
Officials say Moore had an intimate relationship with the alleged victim for a number of years … and the woman broke up with him on Monday.
After the split, officials say Moore sent a number of texts and phone calls to her phone.
Prosecutors say the woman presented herself to Michigan as part of its investigation into a potential relationship between the two.
As we previously reported, the second-year coach was fired by the Wolverines for having an inappropriate relationship with a fellow staffer.
