The reality competition took him out of his cushy home in Flagstaff, Arizona, to a military-like setting in Morocco. While other contestants quit within days, Kody Brown put everything he had into the competition.
He’s among the celebrities going into the season finale. The Fox reality competition puts the rich and famous to the test with physical, mental, and emotional challenges. Kody Brown generally isn’t liked by his co-stars, but he’s still in the competition with a strong chance of winning.
Sister Wives Star Debuts Shocking New Look
Season 20 of Sister Wives was filmed months ago. In a recent episode, Kody Brown shaved his beard in the hopes that his one wife left, Robyn Brown, would be intimate with him.
When TLC viewers first met Kody, he had four wives. Three of them – Christine, Janelle, and Meri – have all left him. During an emotional moment on Special Forces, Kody Brown took responsibility for his wives leaving. But in a new interview with Good Day New York, he completely changed his tune.
“I went into it going, yeah, I was the problem… But in all reality, it’s to be shared with ex-wives,” he said about who was to blame for the plural marriages ending.
That wasn’t the only huge change viewers noticed about Kody Brown. His locks are famous among Sister Wives fans. He’s been through many hair transformations over the years, but his blond curls were something fans commented on a lot.
The curls are gone. So is the blond. Kody Brown embraced aging by letting his hair grow gray. He debuted a shorter hairstyle, though some of the curly texture remained.
Fan Compares Him To Hunger Games Character
Sister Wives viewers had a lot of thoughts on the interview Kody gave to promote the Special Forces season finale airing on Thursday. A lot of fans called him out for backtracking on previously taking responsibility for driving three of his wives and his children.
But the main conversation was about his shocking new look. “His new haircut is interesting. I swear he looks like one Hunger Games announcers,” one Sister Wives fan wrote.
