Snoop Dogg traveled to Italy to cover the massive event. He was given the special title of Team USA’s first-ever “Honorary Coach.” He takes his role very seriously. But he smoothly handled an embarrassing mishap while in Italy.
The US mascot went out to dinner but came up short on paying the bill. Multiple outlets reported that Snoop Dogg’s credit card was declined after ordering dinner at the gastropub Cronox. The rapper reportedly ordered a feast. He ordered a cheeseburger, chicken wings, chicken nuggets, and French fries but didn’t have a way to pay the bill. His credit card declined and he didn’t have cash.
Snoop Dogg didn’t have money but he did have something to offer the owners: five free tickets to the 2026 Winter Olympics snowboarding finals. The rapper was widely praised on social media for the gesture. However, people had choice words for the credit card company that declined the charges.
