As a note, the Telus Bring it Back program lasts for 24 months (or two years) and requires customers return their device (in ‘good working condition’) at the end of their contract, or pay a fee to keep it. In my experience, this has actually made it easier to get into a new device. Most of the phone discounts available also use Telus’ premium financing option to help customers save on ‘high-end’ devices.
