City beat Fulham 3-0 at home on Wednesday to close the gap at the top but Mikel Arteta’s side will be confident of claiming their fifth successive win in all competitions at the Gtech Community Stadium.
Brentford start the evening in seventh after back-to-back wins at Aston Villa and Newcastle.
