Alexandra Daddario and Andrew Form began seeing each other during the pandemic in New York, leading to a 2022 New Orleans wedding and, later, welcoming their first child together.

Court documents referenced by TMZ show that Daddario has officially filed for divorce from Andrew Form.

The 39-year-old “Mayfair Witches” actress and the 57-year-old film producer, who married in a lavish New Orleans ceremony in 2022, have decided to end their marriage after three years. The pair share a young son, born in October 2024.

A source has now told the Daily Mail that the couple’s relationship had “a consistent loss of love” rather than ending abruptly.

Insiders claim the romance, which began “hot and heavy,” slowly lost its spark as time went on.

Busy work schedules reportedly kept the estranged couple apart for long stretches, and the distance began to take a toll on their marriage.

While welcoming a son brought joy to Daddario and Form, insiders suggest it wasn’t enough to repair the growing disconnect between them as their “life together slowly disintegrated and became undone.”

However, despite the separation, both are said to be committed to maintaining a healthy co-parenting relationship for their child.

A representative for Daddario confirmed the decision in a statement to People Magazine, emphasizing that the choice was made with mutual love and respect.

“They will continue to co-parent their child together and appreciate privacy as they navigate this transition,” they said.

Daddario and Form first met in 2020 at the height of the COVID-19 lockdowns in New York City.

In a past interview with Vogue, the “Baywatch” actress shared that they happened to pass each other while out for separate walks downtown.

After exchanging glances, Form turned around to say hello just as she did the same. The unexpected encounter led to laughter over the quiet of the city, and eventually to him asking her out to dinner.

Though he briefly left the city afterward, Form later returned, and the pair followed through on that dinner plan. Daddario admitted she agreed despite initial hesitation, joking that modern dating norms suggested they should have met through an app instead.

Their connection quickly deepened. By August 2021, they were engaged, and less than a year later, they celebrated their wedding in New Orleans in June 2022.

Following their marriage, Daddario also embraced the role of stepmother to Form’s two children, Julian, 12, and Rowan, nine, from his previous relationship with Jordana Brewster.

In earlier interviews, Daddario often spoke about her desire to build a family, sharing that marriage and motherhood were dreams she had long held. She once described her connection with Form as something that “just clicked.”
