Universal Pictures and Nintendo have released the final trailer for The Super Mario Galaxy Movie, and you can watch it below.
The sequel to The Super Mario Bros Movie brings back the iconic duo with Chris Pratt as Mario and Charlie Day as Luigi, accompanied by most of the voice cast from the original returning, including Anya Taylor-Joy as Princess Peach, Jack Black as Bowser, Keegan-Michael Key as Toad, and Kevin Michael Richardson as Kamek.
With the previously announced new cast members, Brie Larson joins as Rosalina, and Benny Safdie voices Bowser Jr. Newly announced alongside the trailer release are Donald Glover as the voice of Yoshi, Issa Rae as the Honey Queen, and Luiz Guzman as Wart.
In anticipation of Mario Day, Nintendo hosted a direct dedicated to the upcoming film, as the title suggests, the upcoming sequel adapts the popular Super Mario Galaxy game, one of the most popular games in the Mario franchise. Released in 2007, the game saw Mario travel into space to track down Bowser after he kidnapped Princess Peach, with the help of intergalactic princess Rosalina. Alongside the ensemble we all know and love, the trailer gives us a look at some of the faces from the Mushroom Kingdom, with the wicked return of Wart, Birdo, and black-clad Ninjis.
