Alyssa Farah Griffin Gives Birth To 1st Baby
It was a big deal when Alyssa Farah Griffin announced that she was pregnant. She had gone through fertility issues, and it felt like her dream would never come true. There were questions along the way as to whether or not she was expecting. That was deemed hurtful, knowing what she and her husband, Justin Griffin, had been dealing with. They wanted a baby so very badly, and finally, in October 2025, Alyssa shared that she was pregnant. Furthermore, The View co-host revealed that she was expecting a boy, having a baby shower on air.
She was absent from the February 10th show, and moderator Whoopi Goldberg shared that she was in labor. Now, it has been revealed that Alyssa gave birth to her first child with Justin. Justin Patrick Griffin Jr. weighed in at 7 pounds, 19.5 inches, and the hosts were thrilled for her. All Joy Behar wanted was confetti for the arrival of baby Justin, but Sara Haines noted that they did not give birth. It was all Alyssa, and now they are recovering well. Alyssa had said that she could not wait to meet her son and have him with her, finally, Earthside.
The View will showcase a series of guest hosts in Alyssa Farah Griffin’s absence. Some will be controversial, while others will be familiar. It will be exciting to see how the interactions will be while Alyssa is gone, presumably for the rest of the season.
