Freedom is running a “Best Deal Ever” promotion, offering an insane discount on its 250GB data plan, but today is the last day you can take advantage of it.
The plan, which launched late Friday, is for $40/250GB Canada-US-Mexico, with 50GB of data in 120+ countries as part of Freedom’s “Roam Beyond” feature. The plan also offers unlimited Canada-wide talk and text, plus access to 120+ global destinations.
The good news is that the plan is covered by Freedom’s “Price Freeze Promise,” which means it won’t increase in price while you’re on the plan.
Freedom has recently launched several flash sales, including a $28/70GB plan that launched early last month, and has refreshed its plans to now include Total Roaming.
Honestly, this is a great deal if you can snag it. Neither Koodo nor Fido have plans close to this in terms of data, and the only plans available at this price point are $40/60GB Canada-wide. If you want the CAN/US/MEX-wide talk/text that Freedom has on this deal, it will cost you an extra $10/mo.
As mentioned earlier, the sale ends today (Mar. 9), so if you are in the market for a new plan with lots of data, get this one while you can.
