UFC 326 Betting Picks: Max Holloway vs. Charles Oliveira Headlines Stacked Card

Two of the most popular figures in the UFC today are set to do battle in a lightweight showdown that tops UFC 326. 

And inside the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada, it will be a night of action topped by a fight to determine the baddest MFer in the UFC today.

In said main event, the legendary former featherweight king Max Holloway puts his BMF title on the line when he takes on Charles Oliveira. After he claimed the title by knocking out Justin Gaethje in highlight fashion at UFC 300, Holloway became the first man to retain the BMF title when he won the trilogy fight between him and Dustin Poirier at UFC 318. Meanwhile, Oliveira, the former lightweight champion, comes off a submission victory over Mateusz Gamrot at UFC Rio this past October.

The co-main event will see two middleweight contenders look to bounce back from crushing setbacks, as Caio Borralho takes on Reinier de Ridder. Borralho had been on an unbeaten tear in the UFC since earning a contract in late 2021. He won all seven of his first seven Octagon bouts but lost a title eliminator to Nassourdine Imavov at UFC Paris last September. De Ridder, who debuted in the UFC in November 2024, looked to be on the doorstep of a title opportunity with wins over Gerald Meerschaert, Kevin Holland, Bo Nickal, and Robert Whittaker. RDR, however, was stopped by Brendan Allen at UFC Vancouver in October.

The main card of UFC 326 will also feature Rob Font vs. Raul Rosas Jr., Drew Dober vs. Michael Johnson, and Gergory Rodrigues vs. Brunno Ferreira.

MAX HOLLOWAY VS CHARLES OLIVEIRA

This is a fight that has a lot of expectations for it – two high-level fighters who are tasked to put on an exciting matchup to close out the show. The question I have entering this fight is what Oliveira’s strategy will be once the cage door closes. He’s known as an excellent grappler, but he has been training his striking and plans to trade with Holloway. While some trading with Holloway will be fun, the more he does that, the more he chances to be getting slept in this one.

Holloway is the overwhelming favorite in this contest; however, I can’t completely count Oliveira out. If he takes the fight to the ground, he’ll have more of a chance, and he’ll make Holloway work for the win. The fight expert and fan in me both hope this fight lasts a while, and that’s why I like the over play.

GREGORY RODRIGUES VS BRUNNO FERREIRA

When Gregory Rodrigues and Brunno Ferreira first met at UFC 283, Ferreira scored a big knockout victory. But since then “Robocop” has soared with five wins in his last six, including a devastating knockout of Jack Hermansson and a decision over Roman Kopylov in 2025. Ferreira, meanwhile, is 5-2 since the first fight and enters with a three-fight win streak.

Both men have excellent power, and my hope is Rodrigues fights this one a little smarter and is selective with his shots. I trust both men’s toughness that this one lasts a little longer than one round this time around.

RICKY TURCIOS VS ALBERTO MONTES

After over a year away from active competition, Alberto Montes finally makes his UFC debut in this bout with Ricky Turcios, a winner of season 29 of The Ultimate Fighter. As demonstrated by his appearance on Dana White’s Contender Series, if there is one thing that Montes is great at, it’s his grappling and ground game. Of his 10 career wins so far, six have been by submission.

Turcios has been having a rough go of it, just 1-3 since winning TUF. This might be the kind of fight where we see Turcios put out to pasture, out of the UFC, as another talent, Montes, is elevated in a highlight UFC debut.
