Virgin Plus has launched a new $50/60GB plan that quickly got undercut by Fido.
Bell’s sub-brand launched a new $50/60GB plan (actually $60/60GB with $10 autopay credit). This plan includes data, talk and text in the U.S. and Mexico, as well as unlimited calling and texting in Canada, unlimited international texting from Canada, Call Display, Voicemail, Calling Waiting and Conference calling.
Roger’s sub-brand Fido launched a new $49/60GB plan (actually $60/60GB with $11 autopay credit) that offers unlimited text, call display, 1000 texts from international and U.S. and Mexico roaming.
Both plans are 4G LTE and not at 5G speeds.
However, Freedom Mobile offers $39/60GB (actually $44/60GB with $5 autopay credit) with 60GB unlimited data, unlimited text & talk Canada, U.S and Mexico at 5G speeds and voicemail. As well as a Price Freeze Promise, meaning before discounts and credits, your price plan will never go up. Freedom Mobile also has a 5G data one-time allotment for countries aside from Mexico or U.S.
Honestly, it’s time for me to switch to Freedom.
