Whoopi Goldberg has slapped Sara Haines for making an inappropriate comment. It seems the comment was meant as a joke. Joy Behar was talking about how her agent did not want her to take The View. She was told to change her voice, which she can’t. Joy was then asked why she was asked to change her voice, to which she replied:
“Because I sound like I have Jimmy Hoffa in the back of my throat,”
Sara replied with:
“Well, did you?”
Whoopi Goldberg then gave Sara Haines a light slap on the elbow with her cue cards. Sara was laughing, and it seemed to be a harmless joke. However, Joy did not address the comment and kept talking like nothing was said.
