Chipotle has redesigned its app experience and overhauled its rewards program in Canada and the U.S.
First up, the new interface centralizes all Rewards content into a single location to make it easier to see your points balances, offers, redemption progress, and more. Further, it now features an enhanced points tracker and more interactive challenges to unlock additional points.
The Chipotle Rewards program itself, meanwhile, has added the following benefits and features:
- Free chips and guac for new members
- The return of Freepotle (a recurring free food promotion)
- Birthday rewards like guac, queso, chips or a fountain drink (30-day redemption window)
- Lower points thresholds and new offers, including 50 per cent off an entrée and Build Your Own options
- Extended active point period (they don’t expire as long as you make one qualifying purchase per year, an increase from the previous six-month window)
Chipotle can be ordered on the web and through the Android and iOS app. You can also sign up for the rewards program through each of those platforms.
