Kelly Ripa is going against the doctors and ‘breaks with medicine’. New studies have come out and said that people over the age of 50 should not shower every day. However, Kelly disagrees with that a lot.
“Doctors are now urging people over the age of 50 to stop showering every day. Now, this is where I’m going to break with medicine. I feel like, over 50, you should shower twice as much. I think I’m going to disagree. I usually am on the side of the doctors. This one, I say, if you feel like your sebaceous glands are breaking down, put on moisturizer.”
Fans were shocked to hear that she was going against the doctors. However, they do not disagree with her when it comes to this.
It seems as though Kelly does not agree that people over the age of 50 should not shower every day. She does think it depends on how sweaty you get. However, in the end, she feels as though you should be showering more. Regardless, she does not agree with what the doctors or studies have to say about it all. However, she will not be skipping her showers the older she gets.
