ITZY unveiled the complete tracklist for their upcoming album Motto, revealing that each of the five members will get their own solo track alongside three group songs. The announcement brings a fresh approach to the girl group’s discography, giving every member individual spotlight within a single release.

PopBase shared the tracklist details, showing eight total tracks that balance group cohesion with individual artistry. The album opens with the title track “Motto,” followed by “Glitch” and “You And I” as group songs. The second half shifts focus to solo showcases: “Pocket” featuring Yeji, “Asylum” with Lia, “Look” by Ryujin, “Undefined” from Chaeryeong, and “Tangerine” highlighting Yuna.

This structure represents something special in K-pop, where solo tracks within group albums don’t happen often. Most groups save individual songs for special releases or separate solo debuts. Having all five members featured individually on one album shows ITZY’s confidence in each performer’s unique voice and style.

The track titles themselves hint at different musical directions. “Asylum” and “Undefined” suggest more introspective or experimental sounds, while “Pocket” and “Tangerine” feel lighter and more playful. “Look” sits somewhere in the middle, potentially offering attitude and confidence that Ryujin brings to ITZY’s performances.

Fans responded enthusiastically to the tracklist reveal, with the PopBase tweet collecting nearly 6,000 likes and close to 1,000 retweets. Comments flooded in from excited listeners eager to hear how each member’s personality translates into solo material. The anticipation feels particularly high for hearing different vocal styles and rap approaches without the usual group arrangement.

Yeji, as ITZY’s leader, gets the fourth spot with “Pocket,” placing her solo right at the album’s midpoint transition. Lia follows with “Asylum,” continuing the solo section. Ryujin’s “Look” comes next, then Chaeryeong’s “Undefined,” with Yuna’s “Tangerine” closing out the album. This ordering creates a journey through each member’s individual artistry.

The timing feels right for ITZY to explore individual expression. Since debuting in 2019, the group has established their signature sound and performance style. Now they’re mature enough as artists to branch out while maintaining their group identity. The solo tracks let each member showcase skills that might not always shine in group songs.

ITZY has built their reputation on powerful performances and catchy songs that blend different musical elements. Yeji brings leadership and dance precision, Lia adds vocal strength and emotional depth, Ryujin delivers charismatic rap and attitude, Chaeryeong contributes dance excellence and vocal versatility, and Yuna rounds out the group with her unique vocal color and stage presence.

Having solo tracks could help each member develop their individual fanbase while strengthening the group overall. It shows the label’s confidence in all five members as complete performers, not just pieces of a larger puzzle. This approach mirrors successful strategies used by other top K-pop groups who balance individual growth with group success.

The album structure also creates multiple entry points for new listeners. Someone might discover ITZY through Lia’s “Asylum” or Yuna’s “Tangerine,” then explore the group tracks and other solos. It’s smart marketing wrapped in genuine artistic expression.

Motto appears positioned to showcase ITZY’s evolution as both individual artists and a cohesive unit. The combination of group songs and solo tracks creates a complete picture of where they stand as performers. Each member gets space to shine while contributing to the bigger musical statement.

With no release date announced yet, anticipation will likely build as more details emerge about Motto. The tracklist alone has generated significant buzz, suggesting strong interest in hearing how each member approaches their solo moment. This album could mark an important step in ITZY’s artistic journey.
