While the Ahmedabad crowd initially feared a low total, a resilient batting performance followed by a clinical bowling masterclass led by Jason Holder ensured the Titans moved up the table in style.

Despite a disciplined opening spell from Pat Cummins (2/20), Sakib Hussain’s late wickets couldn’t prevent GT from finishing at 168/5. On a surface that offered some grip, 168 was deemed a competitive, above-par total.
