A former Real Housewives star is in legal trouble again. Lisa Vanderpump and her husband, Ken Todd, have faced many lawsuits over their various businesses. But now a worker has claimed injury at their home. Keep reading for all the details on the alleged incident and the hefty sum he’s hoping to get.
Lisa Vanderpump Sued After Worker Injured At Beverly Hills Mansion
Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd have been sued many times before. The power couple owns multiple popular restaurants and hotspots in the U.S. and abroad. The preparation and grand opening of her Las Vegas hotel will be documented on a new Vanderpump Rules spinoff. She also has another new show coming next year in the true crime genre.
The restaurant owners were accused of not paying SUR employees in 2020. Four years later, Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd were sued for the alleged mistreatment of staff at the TomTom restaurant, which they co-owned with Tom Schwartz and Tom Sandoval at the time. The West Hollywood bar went on the market earlier this year, but remains open.
A new lawsuit goes beyond Lisa Vanderpump’s professional life and hits closer to home. Her $14 million Beverly Hills mansion, to be exact. A worker hired to do work on the home’s interior is now suing the former RHOBH star and her husband. Handyman Eric Nieto filed a lawsuit against the couple in 2023, but TMZ just got hold of the court documents.

The worker claimed that he fell and was injured while doing work inside the 5-bedroom, 8-bathroom, 8,801-square-foot mansion in Beverly Hills. The alleged incident happened on November 25, 2023.
Handyman Seeks Six-Figure Payout
According to Eric Nieto, he was doing handyman work inside Lisa Vanderpump’s home when his foot got stuck on a stair tread on the basement stairs. He claimed that the stairs were poorly maintained. The worker was allegedly injured after losing his balance and falling down the stairs.
The handyman claimed to have injured his left leg and ankle during the hard fall. Eric Nieto is seeking $150K for his pain and suffering. Additionally, he’s asking for another $45K for medical expenses.

With all of her various animals, including dogs, miniature horses, and swans, it’s surprising that the RHOBH star hasn’t faced more lawsuits regarding her home.
TMZ reached out to Lisa Vanderpump and Ken Todd for a comment on the lawsuit. A source close to the couple told the outlet that the lawsuit had been referred to their homeowner’s association. Stay tuned for developments on the ongoing legal battle.
