Voyzant has announced its expansion into the Philippines and the appointment of Genaro ‘Bong’ Velasquez as General Manager, Philippines.
Bong is a highly-respected executive in the Philippine aviation and travel industry, bringing more than four decades of leadership experience spanning airline sales, travel distribution, strategic business development, and international market management.
Over the course of his career, Bong has held senior leadership roles at Philippine Airlines, where he directed regional and international sales organizations across the Philippines, Japan, Korea, Indonesia, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Americas.
He is also widely recognized within the travel trade community. From 2018 to 2023, he served as Chairman of the Board of Airline Representatives, where he contributed meaningfully to industry collaboration and sector development.
