Former Real Housewives of Atlanta star Kim Zolciak is accusing her ex, Kroy Biermann, of abusing and starving their four minor children. They have been flinging allegations at one another for some time, and it has hit a peak. So what else is Kim saying about Kroy? Keep reading for more details.
Kim Zolciak Has A Lot Against Kroy
After a decade together, Kim Zolciak and Kroy Biermann filed for divorce. They had four children in their marriage, plus he adopted her two children, Ariana and Brielle, from previous relationships. It was a sad ending fueled by severe financial problems, but things only got worse. The police were called, their Atlanta mansion was up for foreclosure, and they threw allegations at one another. Finally, they went their separate ways, but the mudslinging never ended. At the beginning of May 2026, Kim lost physical custody of her children to Kroy.
However, she is done with Kroy and any allegations that she is a bad mother and he is the perfect dad. She just filed papers stating that Kroy has been abusive toward their children. Allegedly, he threw one of their three sons over the couch, although their boys are bigger than their ages. Additionally, Kim has been told that he will not administer medications when the kids are ill. There is also a claim that he has not fed them when they are hungry. Finally, the kids have told Kim Zolciak that Kroy has new women all the time.
Because of this, he is constantly having intercourse, which they can allegedly hear. Per Kim, the children “have reported on multiple occasions not seeing [Kroy] for hours on end, but hearing him engage in sexual acts with his girlfriend of the moment.”
Is There An Advocate?
They do have a court-appointed guardian, but that does not seem to make a difference. Kim Zolciak stated that two of her children have expressed where they want to live. However, she claimed the guardian called them “liars.” Although she has alerted the proper channels of what has been going on, “no professionals have sounded an alarm because the abuse did not ‘leave marks.’” After fans heard Kim Zolciak’s side, they struggled. It is not that they did not believe the kids, but rather they know what Kim has been capable of:
- Idk how to describe it, but nothing she says ever feels believable
- The whole story wreaks of lies. Kim is most certainly desperate for the child support money and retribution is always her goal, whether in real life or TV life.
- The kids rep sided with Kroy? That comes from the kids. He has no opportunity to woo that person, and neither does she. That’s the whole point.
