The Valley star Luke Broderick is standing firm on Danny Booko and Nia Sanchez’s marriage, despite how it looks on camera. Moreover, he is slamming Lala Kent and how she intervenes, where it is not always warranted. Yet, those who have followed her over the years know that is who she has always been. Keep reading for more on what Luke has to say regarding this season.
Luke Broderick Appreciates Nia & Danny
The Valley viewers have watched Danny Booko drink a tad too much and get out of line. Of course, that can be disturbing to see, as no one wants him to go overboard. Then, on a cast trip to San Diego, Danny was seemingly out of control. He was cruel to his wife, Nia Sanchez, who has been his biggest supporter. Not only was she just three months postpartum, but she is handling four small children and trying to feel like herself again. Fans immediately called for her to leave him as they knew she deserved better. Moreover, they did not want to see Danny any longer.
Even Lala Kent stepped up in an attempt to set him straight. However, Kristen Doute noted that Danny and Nia have the type of marriage she was striving for. She stated that they work and pray together over everything, and there was real love. Her fiancé, Luke Broderick, is backing up that statement and is defending Nia and Danny’s marriage, despite what fans think:
“We look at them as having a pretty healthy relationship aside from what you’ve been seeing [lately]. Having one kid is stressful. I can’t imagine having four under four. … It blows my mind to even imagine having to live in that world.”
At the same time, Luke does know that Danny was being awful, and he won’t dismiss that. There was no excuse for how he acted, but at the same time, all eyes were on Danny and his drinking. It was as if the cast and The Valley viewers wanted him to mess up:
“Regardless of his behavior, that heat stays on him [throughout the season].”
Lala Is In The Wrong
Although Lala Kent has known The Valley cast for some time, especially Kristen Doute, Luke Broderick cannot agree with her. She claimed that the couple did not have a genuine friendship with Nia Sanchez and Danny Booko. Instead, the foursome has formed an alliance, which Luke vehemently denies:
“Kristen and I have spent 100 to 1000 times more time with Danny and Nia than Lala has. So her statement carries a lot less weight than our experience with them.”
He also never would have let Lala speak to him the way that she spoke to Danny Booko on the San Diego trip. It never would have happened, no matter what she thought she knew or how much she cared for Kristen.
Fans agreed with Luke and believed Lala needed to step down and keep quiet. They also appreciated his take on Nia and Danny. Do you agree with him, or do you take him with a grain of salt? Let us know and watch The Valley Wednesdays on Bravo.
