Brooklyn Beckham isn’t holding back when it comes to his family drama. Following the years-long back-and-forth fight between the Beckham family, Brooklyn just had an ad come out that seems to have only thrown fuel on the fire. Keep reading to find out exactly what Brooklyn did to lead fans to believe the drama is thicker than ever before and what everyone is saying about it.
Brooklyn Beckham’s New Ad
In recent years, there’s been quite a bit of drama between members of the Beckham family. It’s been rumored that Brooklyn’s parents, David and Victoria, don’t get along with his wife, that they prioritize the brand over the family, and that they were very controlling of Brooklyn while he was growing up.
Of course, it’s now World Cup season, and David Beckham is a huge part of soccer. So, all eyes are on the family. Brooklyn seems to have taken advantage of this spotlight in his newest ad. The ad is for DoorDash and shows Brooklyn sitting in his living room, holding World Cup tickets. However, he’s not at the game; he’s at home.
“You’re probably wondering why I’m watching the FIFA World Cup 2026 from home,” he says while sitting on a couch. “It’s a long story.”
He then stands up and throws his tickets down on the table.
Then the words “It’s complicated. More soon,” pop up on the screen.
‘Long story,’ the caption reads.
While not said outright, this seems to be a direct jab at his family, who are most certainly at the World Cup in person.

Fans React To The Post
While the ad had a smile on Brooklyn’s face, it seems that the reactions with fans are all over the place in the comments of the Instagram post. Several people are shocked that Brooklyn would be a part of this:
- “Wasnt wondering. Dont think u will be missed u spoilt brat. This is just a cruel dig. Long story short you’re a Brat and your wife who’s also a Brat has u under the thumb !!!”
Another adds:
- “You’re a nasty piece of work. Just keep your opinions to yourself.”
However, some people did find the humor in it.
- “Great ad,” someone writes.
- “d*mn am I the only one who thought this was clever/funny 😂 ,” another says.
Clearly, people have their own opinions on who is right when it comes to the Beckham family.
