The Price Is Right is famous for its models. The crew members assist in the games, reveal prices and prizes alike. The group is currently made up of male and female models, including Rachel Reynolds, Amber Lancaster, Manuela Arbeláez, James O’Halloran, and Devin Goda. Over the years, these models have been part of all sorts of famous moments on the show, from cosplaying as Sailor Moon to accidentally revealing a price tag.
Alexis Gaube is the most recent addition to the show’s models. She made her debut on the show in 2021, just ahead of the show’s 50th anniversary.
Prior to this, Gaube joined the reboot of Card Sharks in 2019 as one of the show’s two card dealers. This show was cancelled after two seasons. In addition to her work on game shows, Gaube is also familiar to video game players, as she served as the model for Jade in the video game Mortal Kombat 11.
Gaube Shared A Few Responses To Fan Comments On Instagram
Recently, on social media, many fans have noticed that Gaube has been absent from the show. On social media, she had previously shared that the show had wrapped up filming for Season 54 back in December. However, she was still noticeably missing from some of the later episodes.
This past March, Gaube posted a video of her back on the set during the show’s Mardi Gras episode. At the time, she shared that she would be working on the show again “soon.”
However, fans were still wondering why she hasn’t been appearing on the show as of late. As one fan noted in the comments to this post, “Haven’t seen you at The Price Is Right.”
Gaube herself took to the comments to explain, “I know. They had me on a lot at the beginning of the season! So, I had to ride the bench for a while.”
This wasn’t the only response Gaube gave in the comments. Another fan wrote, “Miss you on The Price Is Right. You’re so funny, love your sense of humor.” To this, Gaube also wrote, “Ha ha, thank you! I’ll be back.”
