Ghana face Croatia tonight knowing a draw will be enough for them to advance to the World Cup round of 32.
Tuesday night’s excellent goalless draw with England has put Carlos Queiroz’s men on the brink of qualification, although they still have plenty of work to do against the 2018 runners-up and 2022 semi-finalists.
Croatia bounced back from their opening defeat to England by beating Panama last time out and a draw for them may also be enough to go through as one of the tournament’s best third-placed finishers.
Luka Modric is set to make his 201st appearance for his country.
