Valerie Bertinelli has been part of a number of projects over the years. Recently, she had a more personal share for fans: a recent trip to Paris. During the share, she also gave a rare look into her family, as well as a view of their European adventures.
Valerie Bertinelli & Company Could Be Seen Taking A Selfie At The Louvre
Starting her career as a child actress, Bertinelli became known to many through the sitcom One Day at a Time. She later became known for her roles in Touched by an Angel and Hot in Cleveland. Outside of acting, she later became known for her work in a number of Food Network shows, including Valerie’s Home Cooking and Kids Baking Championship.
In her personal life, Bertinelli was married to musician Eddie Van Halen from 1981 to 2007. Their son, Wolfgang Van Halen, is also a musician, having performed at times with his late father’s band, Van Halen, as well as with Tremonti and Mammoth.
Recently, Valerie shared a rare look into her family life during a recent adventure in Paris. Taking to Instagram, she shared a photo of herself looking down at a camera while visiting the famous Louvre Museum. She could be seen with her brother and sister-in-law, Patrick and Stacy Bertinelli. In addition, Wolfgang also appeared alongside his wife, Andraia Van Halen, and her father, Michael Allsop.
As the family smiled beneath the museum’s iconic glass ceiling, Valerie wrote “Family,” paired with a heart emoji. During a share of the image on her Instagram Stories, she also added, “Au revoir, Paris!” In other words, she had wished the city of lights a fond farewell.
Valerie Also Shared A Video Of Her Family Braving The Steps Of The Arc de Triomphe
This wasn’t the only share of her family’s Parisian trip. In another post, she shared a video of the family braving a number of steps within the famous Arc de Triomphe. However, she ended the video on a triumphant note, having reached the top, sharing the view with her followers, saying it was more than worth it.
While the Arc de Triomphe does have an elevator, it is usually reserved for those with mobility or medical issues. There is also an additional set of 46 steps visitors must climb in order to reach the top.
With Valerie’s recent post, many fans took to the comments to thank her for the share. As many noted, they found her taking the trip to be very inspirational for them. Some comments included:
