A Grey’s Anatomy star has had quite the scare. The actor shared a photo on their social media, and by the looks of it, they had been spending some time in the hospital. Keep reading to find out what happened and if they will be okay.
‘Grey’s Anatomy’ Star Ends Up In The Hospital
A Grey’s Anatomy star landed in the hospital, and unfortunately, it wasn’t Grey Sloan Memorial. The actress, Leven Rambin, played Sloan Riley (fictional daughter of actor Eric Dane) in Season 6. She has shared a few photos on her social media and detailed some medical issues she’s going through. In the first photo, she’s lying in a hospital bed with a green hospital gown. Her blonde hair is tied back in a bun, and she’s holding a book on her chest. Clearly, she’s been in the hospital for a bit and is very comfortable.
In the remaining pictures and videos, she’s still rocking the green gown while she does various things to pass the time, like watch TV and hang out with family.
What Happened To Her?
In the caption, Leven reveals exactly what happened to her. Apparently, the All My Children star went into the hospital for endometriosis. She needed a diagnosis and a removal. However, she left with a nicked aorta that resulted in emergency surgery and a large scar.
“Going in for the endometriosis diagnostic and removal, and coming out with a NICKED AORTA, emergency surgery and a scar the size of my forearm was not on the bingo card. 😱,” she writes. “The road to recovery will be long but I am determined to heal & start my family. Oh how I love being a woman 🙃 ✨”
