Janet Caperna has finally exposed the last straw in her friendship with Kristen Doute. Many The Valley fans have watched as Kristen claimed Janet wished for her former friend to miscarry. That was the lowest dig anyone could possibly make. Now, Janet’s truth has come to light, and it is very on brand for Kristen. Keep reading for more on what she had to say.
Janet Caperna Spills Her Truth
The Valley fans have been very divided on Janet Caperna, but mostly, they find her irritating. She and Kristen Doute used to be friends, but that has fallen by the wayside. Janet allegedly commented that she did not want Kristen’s baby to make it full term. Knowing how badly Kristen wanted to be a mother, that she was trying and had a miscarriage, this was non-negotiable, and the friendship was over. The ladies have tried to reconcile, but it never works out, and now, Janet is telling her side, no holds barred.
Back when Kristen was dating Alex Menache from 2020 to 2022, things were very rocky. Those who watched her on Vanderpump Rules know how she can be with boyfriends. It was always drama, and then she would be on social media praising them as kings. That seemingly was happening with Alex, but when it was so bad, Janet was supposedly there for Kristen:
“So it would sort of be like, she would come over to my house and be like, crying about this guy, and ‘he did x, y, and z,’ and I’d be like, ‘You don’t deserve that. Why don’t you come stay with me tonight?’ She’s like, ‘I’m done with him. I’m breaking up.’ And then I just wouldn’t hear from her for like two days, and all of a sudden she’d be posting like, ‘Man crush Monday.’ And it’s the boyfriend.”
Eventually, Janet Caperna met, got engaged, and married her husband, Jason Caperna. That was when she saw that Kristen did not truly appreciate their friendship. She was essentially abandoning her work and husband to be there for Kristen, which is what she would do for any friend. However, it was going too far.
Kristen Abuses The Home
Janet Caperna detailed how Kristen Doute was also staying at her home. Her Valley co-star was allegedly being incredibly abusive toward the house, drinking wine that was for Janet’s job and more. Kristen’s dogs were going to the bathroom and vomiting, which she just left lying around. Janet explained her feelings and how she did not appreciate what was happening. Unfortunately, it did not land well:
“And all I wanted her to do was be like, ‘I’m sorry,’ and that was kinda like the final straw for me. I was just like, ‘I have to put a boundary up.’ As soon as I put a boundary up, she was like, ‘You’re my enemy.’”
