As an actress, Mandy Moore has helped bring to life a number of stories about family and being a parent. However, in real life, she has also gotten quite a few stories to tell. Recently, the star took to social media to give a candid look at her life after having three kids.
Mandy Moore Shares Three Children With Husband Taylor Goldsmith
Moore first rose to fame in the late 1990s as a singer. Later, she established herself as an actress with roles in The Princess Diaries, A Walk to Remember, License to Wed, and Tangled. From 2016 to 2022, she gained further recognition playing Rebecca Pearson on the NBC drama, This Is Us.
In her personal life, Moore married musician Taylor Goldsmith in 2018. The two share three children together: two sons, born in 2021 and 2022, and a daughter, born in 2024.
Over the past five years, Moore has navigated pregnancies, children, and postpartum recovery, which has since inspired her to open up with fans. Recently, Moore took to social media to open up about the changes that take place after having three children in quick succession. Through the share, the star highlighted taking a straightforward look at time and the changes many people go through.
Moore shared a video of her abdomen during an Instagram Story share. Wearing a crop top and leggings, Moore stood in front of a mirror and pinched her midriff, showing her loose skin, highlighting the area.
After The Share, Moore Later Showcased A Glimpse Of Her Exercise Routine
In a simple caption over the clip, Moore wrote, “After 3 kids in 3 1/2 years, this is what my body is…” She added, “Loose skin and all.”
Following this, the star shared a second video to her Instagram Story documenting her return to physical training. She could be seen inside a gym executing a high-intensity exercise circuit, from gripping a pull-up bar to performing an incline push-up with a fitness box.

The star felt that consistency and longevity were more important than being the perfect athlete. As Moore noted, “Also, I’m super awkward and not a natural athlete. But I’m committed to getting stronger for the long run.”
As noted by Parade, the star has been sharing multiple daily realities of being a mother on the platform. This has included moments ranging from activities with her children to various physical adjustments her body has faced over the past few years.
