Ciara Miller is doing more than just getting her dancing shoes on to dance with the stars.
The “Summer House” star has shared a sprinkle of the tips she is putting into practice as she prepares to take the “Dancing With The Stars” season 35 stage. Her plans to ensure she stays at her best come competition and comes out on top include some self-care treats.
Ciara Miller has openly expressed the pro dancer partner she would love to work with for the upcoming season of “DWTS.” She is also looking forward to learning new ballroom dance styles and techniques.
Miller is not sitting with folded arms while she waits for the next season of “Dancing With The Stars” to kick off. She already has personal preparations going behind the scenes to ensure she is up to the tasks once the competition begins.
The TV personality shared that she has taken advice from different sources and is focused on building her flexibility by stretching. In Miller’s words:
“If I’ve learned anything from ‘Love Island’ and Kenxie, it’s [that] I need to stretch more. You release a lot of tension from your hips, so I’m taking her advice and pivoting that into my ‘Dancing With The Stars’ prep.”
The Bravo star also disclosed that she is already trying her hand at Pilates and other stretch exercises to ensure she is as flexible as possible. She is working towards getting her splits before the dancing begins and is also mentally preparing for the work to hopefully bring home the Mirrorball.
“I want to be as flexible as I can for this, and obviously don’t want to be carried out on a stretcher when practice starts,” she added in a recent interview with US Weekly, noting that she hopes to remain in the competition for as long as possible.

Miller admitted that the days leading up to the start of the dance competition have been flooded with different emotions for her. She admitted that she is nervous to take to the stage where she will be competing against several other stars like Jimmy Kimmel’s sidekick Guillermo Rodriguez and “Love Island” star Maura Higgins.
Being on one of the biggest dance TV series stages, the jitters of the live audience and the real world might be impossible to shake off as the competition intensifies. However, the “Summer House” star noted that despite the chills, she is filled with excitement and ready to bust a move on stage.
“I am so freaking excited, and I’m open to the experience.’ I’m ready. I’m so competitive, so I’m trying to ease myself into the mindset. I’m just ready to also have fun as well,” Miller quipped. “DWTS” season 2 contestant Lisa Rinna reportedly told Miller that the show is going to be a life-changing and “best experience” for her.
The Bravolebrity Plans To Squeeze In Quality Personal Time During The Competition

Miller previously revealed her plans for her upcoming “DWTS” debut. She already has a mental picture of what her life in Los Angeles will look like and what her days will look like in the coming months.
The influencer shared that she is excited to live in L.A. and drive around in a car. In addition, she is looking forward to having a dance schedule, as it brings back memories of her younger days.
Speaking to PEOPLE, Miller disclosed that she has started picturing herself “going to rehearsal, stopping at Sonic on the way back and giving myself a little treat.” She added that her mentality to scale through the days is to treat herself every minute she gets.
Being in this competition is like taking a trip down memory lane for Miller as she grew up going to Sonic and is a big fan of their chili cheese dogs and French toast sticks. “I feel like me, my mom on Friday nights, like our treat would be to go to the Sonic drive-in, whether we were getting ice cream or milkshakes,” the TV star recalled.
The ‘Summer House’ Star Has Her Eyes On A ‘DWTS’ Pro

After Miller was cast in the 35th season of the hit dance TV series, she revealed who her dream dance partner was. Even though the show randomly pairs stars with pro ballroom dancers, the media personality noted that she is trying to put her word in to ensure she is partnered with the dancer of her choice, Val Chmerkovskiy.
Nearly two months later, Chmerkovskiy reacted to Miller’s request to have him as her partner for this season. “First of all, I’m so humbled because I saw the Ciara video and there are things that I’m not allowed to disclose at this point in the off-season,” he said in his chat with E! News.
He also added that while he felt it was a huge compliment to him and his talent, he is not in charge of casting. His wife, Jenna Johnson, who is also a pro dancer on the show, expressed that she would be more than happy to dance with Miller or Maura Higgins.
Ciara Miller Warned About Lurking ‘Bad Karma’

Miller, in a recent interview, warned the people she knows to brace up, as they would not escape what was coming. While she did not mention any names, speculation is that the TV star was referring to her “Summer House” costars, West Wilson and Amanda Batula, who recently announced their relationship.
“I believe in it, and I know a few people who’ve got some bad karma coming in their future,” she said. The Blast reports that Miller and Wilson publicly dated in 2023 but ended their relationship by December of that year.
About two years after their split, the cameras caught them sharing a passionate kiss in season 10 of “Summer House.” Shortly after the cameras stopped rolling, Wilson kicked things off with Batula (Miller’s ex-best friend), and this raised a lot of controversy. The new lovebirds admitted the complicated nature of their relationship in a joint statement requesting space to process the new dynamics.
