In 2021, Bono and The Edge were featured artists on “We Are The People” the official anthem for UEFA EURO 2020, while later that year Martin Garrix co-produced, mixed, and mastered “Your Song Saved My Life” which was included on the soundtrack for the film “Sing 2”.Now i don’t know if you will see “Fireflies” by listening to the song but my personal opinion is that this is above the average good for what it is.The song made its world premiere on July 17, as the finale of Martin Garrix’s headline set on the festival’s main stage in Boom, Belgium. In one of the biggest surprises of the night, The Edge took to the stage to perform the song’s signature guitar lines live, while Bono’s voice was heard over pre-recorded vocals, giving the audience one of the most talked-about moments of this year’s festival.The song moves between pop, rock and dance electronic music and that equals to a big stadium crowd pleaser.”Fireflies” is a hit!!!
