Some relationships are meant to stay in the past; however, after a recent photo surfaced, some fans are wondering if one Dancing with the Stars couple is finally back together after years apart. Keep reading to see the photo and learn what we know so far.
DWTS Rekindled Relationship?
Back in 2006, long before they were on Dancing with the Stars together, Carrie Ann Inaba and Artem Chigvintsev met on the set of another famous dance show – So You Think You Can Dance. At the time, Carrie Ann was a judge, and Artem was a choreographer for the show. The pair ended up making it official and dated for three years before calling it quits in 2009.
While the end of their relationship was heartbreaking for fans, it seems that it ended quite amicably. In fact, Carrie Ann has always only said nice things about her ex-boyfriend, and eventually he went on to marry and divorce someone else.
The pair continue, now, to have a working relationship. Carrie Ann serves as a judge on DWTS, where she has been since the show first aired in 2005. To everyone’s surprise, Artem ended up also joining the show several years later in 2014. While some hoped for a rekindling, that day never came. Except now, fans are wondering if something has changed.
Carrie Ann and Artem Back Together?
In a recent social media post, Carrie Ann has fans scratching their heads. She posted a large photo dump, captioning it “A little of life lately…” followed by a sparkle emoji.
The first picture is just a selfie in front of a tree. However, the second picture is of herself and none other than Artem. The pair are both somewhere fancy, wearing all black. Artem has a delicate white flower poking out of his coat pocket while Carrie Ann wears a giant smile. They are cheek to cheek as they pose for the picture. Clearly, they are very comfortable together.
Needless to say, fans are flooding the comments, asking for clarification.
