Actor and musician Jared Leto has been slapped with accusations of sexual assault by four women. One even stated that he raped her, but now, the 54-year-old Oscar winner is slamming all of the allegations. So, what is he saying about all that has come out about him? Keep reading for more details.
Jared Leto Slams Allegations
For years, Jared Leto has been a hot and single man. He has not only been a desired actor, winning an Oscar for Dallas Buyers Club, but he is also a musician. Jared fronts Thirty Seconds to Mars and has led a very private life. When it comes to relationships, he has been with some of the most desired women, including Cameron Diaz and Scarlett Johansson. Now, his reputation could go down the drain as he has been accused of sexually assaulting four women. Moreover, one stated that he raped her when she was underage.
There is one allegation of him sleeping with a girl who was 17 at the time, which would have been statutory rape. Jared was 34, and it allegedly went down at his home. Another lady claimed she was also 17 when her assault happened in a Las Vegas motel bathroom. The third was 19 and was threatened with assault by the performer. Finally, the last accuser was 16 at the time and claims Jared Leto “groomed her.” Moreover, she stated that he would call her and felt that they should be intimate just once. She alleges that because he was famous, he took that and ran with it.
Now, Jared is speaking out about the allegations, and he is slamming all of them. Moreover, he vehemently denies any wrongdoing:
“I have never sexually assaulted anyone in my entire life. These claims are absolutely and categorically false.”
All of this will play out in a BBC documentary, Jared Leto: Hollywood‘s Dark Secret. In it, there is an alleged NDA, but it is unclear about its validity.
Nothing New
Jared Leto fans were not surprised by any of these allegations. They claimed that they have been hearing about these for a very long time, so this was nothing new:
