Dave Coulier Brought Joey Gladstone To Life For Years On Full House & Fuller House
Coulier is an actor and comedian best known for his role as Joey Gladstone on the sitcom Full House. He later reprised the role on Fuller House. He is also known as a voice actor, having worked on cartoons like Muppet Babies and The Real Ghostbusters.
Over the years, Coulier has shared various health issues with fans. Back in 2024, he was diagnosed with Stage 3 Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. After undergoing seven months of chemotherapy, he was declared cancer-free in early 2025. Later that year, however, he caught an early tongue and throat carcinoma. After completing surgery and radiation treatments, he reached remission by February.
Recently, Coulier reunited with some of the original cast members of Full House at The Nostalgia Con. He appeared with stars including John Stamos, Jodie Sweetin, Andrea Barber and Lori Loughlin.
In photos shared on social media, the group posed with each other before a packed crowd. At the time, they were celebrating the show’s near 40th anniversary.
On its own Instagram account, the event shared, “Full House is in full effect.” The cast reportedly spent the day meeting fans, signing autographs, and even taking part in a Full House panel.

Considering his health issues over the past few years, Coulier’s appearance carries extra weight, as it showed fans that he was keeping in good spirits. In a sense, it also served as an indirect update for concerned fans.
Taking to the comments, fans shared various reactions to the touching moment. Naturally, quite a few fans were just happy to see Coulier looking well.
This even included comments from fans who were at the event. However, there was at least one person people wish could have been there also. Some comments included:
