VANCOUVER — Nathan Rourke eclipsed 300 yards passing and the BC Lions defence forced four turnovers as the Leos got back to .500 on the season with a 30-16 victory over Trevor Harris and the Saskatchewan Roughriders Sunday at BC Place.
Jevon Cottoy, Keon Hatcher Sr., and Zander Horvath got the touchdowns for the Lions, as Sean Whyte was a steady presence going a perfect three-for-three on field goals, and adding three extra points.

110 – JEVON COTTOY RECEIVING YARDS
Jevon Cottoy had a game-high 110 receiving yards bringing in all six of his targets Sunday. The Canadian wideout scored his first major of the season in front of his mother who was attending her first game at BC Place.
4 – BC FORCED TURNOVERS
T.J. Lee and Stantley Thomas-Oliver each recorded an interception off of Trevor Harris. Deontai Williams forced and recovered a fumble in the third quarter and the Lions’ defence forced a late turnover on downs to shut the door on the potential Riders’ comeback bid.
355 – NATHAN ROURKE PASSING YARDS
Nathan Rourke moved into fifth all-time in passing yards for the BC Lions Sunday. The Canadian signal caller hit the 300-yard mark for the 25th time in his CFL career. Rourke added two touchdown passes and yielded one interception in the contest.
