The Travel Industry Council of Ontario (TICO) will hold its annual general meeting at 5 pm on Tues., Sept. 22, 2026.
Purpose of the meeting includes:
- Receiving the financial statements for the previous financial year, together with the Auditor’s Report;
- Receiving and considering the Annual Report;
- Appointing the auditors for the Corporation and authorizing the Board of Directors to fix the auditor’s remuneration;
- Electing directors
- Transacting such other business as may properly come before the meeting.
All TICO registrants and members of the public are invited to attend. Only members in good standing are entitled to vote at the meeting.
Voting members and public guests are required to register in advance of the meeting at https://www.icastpro.ca/qz7ivo.
Registration will close at 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2026.
The materials for the meeting (Agenda, Minutes from the Annual Meeting held on September 25, 2025, Business Plan, Annual Report containing the audited financial statements as at and for the fiscal period ended March 31, 2026, and Candidate Biographies for the Election of Directors) are available on TICO’s website.
Members who will not be attending the meeting are invited to submit written requests for proxies. The submission deadline for proxies is 5:00 p.m. on Sept. 18, 2026.
