The Little Couple Star Battle Health Issues
Jen Arnold and Bill Klein both have skeletal dysplasia, a form of dwarfism. Jen battled a rare cancer in the early seasons that left her unable to have children after a hysterectomy. The couple purposely sought to adopt children with the dwarfism. They adopted Will and Zoey in 2013.
Skeletal dysplasia comes with a wide variety of health problems. Bill Klein has had more than 20 surgeries in his life, including several on his back. Jen Arnold has also had multiple surgeries. The couple’s TLC show stopped airing in 2019, though it was never officially canceled. They keep The Little Couple fans updated through social media and other platforms.
Jen Arnold let fans know in February that her mother was in the ICU and needed surgery. Her mom has since recovered. But the family was dealt another heartbreaking loss recently.

Family Mourns Heartbreaking Loss
Jen Arnold and Bill Klein’s son, Will, took to social media to share a heartbreaking loss. Four years after their dog Rocky passed away, the family’s dog Maggie passed. He shared an A.I. generated photo of both dogs in heaven. The family got some comfort in believing that the dogs are reunited. Will Klein wrote:
- Today we just lost Maggie she was sick with cancer and sadly didn’t beat it. she will be happily safe up in heaven with Rocky, they are reunited cuddling, and playing tug-of-war and watching over us I love her and Rocky to the bottom of my heart.

The tribute was posted on Bill Klein and Jen Arnold’s social media, too. Fans expressed their sorrow over the heartbreaking loss.
