Ensemble has concluded its 2026 Beyond Extraordinary Experiences in China, which brought together the network’s top-performing members, Rising Stars, key partners and Senior Leadership Team for an eight-day journey designed to celebrate achievement in a way only Ensemble can.
From private-access cultural experiences in Beijing and a luxury sailing through the Three Gorges of the Yangtze River to the energy and nightlife of Shanghai, Ensemble Beyond offered an immersive exploration of China while recognizing the advisors and members whose exceptional performance earned them a place on one of Ensemble’s most anticipated annual experiences.
Beyond Extraordinary Experiences reflect Ensemble’s belief that extraordinary performance deserves extraordinary recognition. The annual program creates opportunities for the network’s leading members to experience destinations differently, build deeper relationships with Ensemble leadership and partners, and celebrate their accomplishments alongside an exclusive group of peers.
Michael Johnson, President of Ensemble, said that: “Beyond is about celebrating the people who are helping move Ensemble forward and doing it in a way they will never forget.”
Said Johnson: “Our members work incredibly hard to build successful businesses, serve their clients and contribute to this community. We want them to know that their success matters and that when they succeed, we celebrate it. China gave us an extraordinary backdrop to do exactly that.”

Shahla Lalani, SVP of Marketing and Events, said that: “Beyond is a powerful expression of what makes Ensemble different. We talk about creating the best community in travel and being a true partner for growth, and this experience brings both of those commitments to life.”
Lalani continued: “It’s about celebrating the achievements of our members, creating opportunities for them to build meaningful relationships with one another and our partners, and giving them access to extraordinary experiences that inspire them personally and professionally. Ensemble Beyond is ultimately a celebration of their success and of the community we are building together.”
The experience was curated in collaboration with Century Cruises and the Shanghai, Beijing and Chongqing Tourism Boards.
David Fredericks, President and General Manager of Century Cruises, said that: “Welcoming Ensemble’s Beyond Extraordinary Experiences aboard Century Voyage was an opportunity to introduce some of the network’s most accomplished travel professionals to China and the Yangtze River in a truly immersive way.”
And he added: “We were proud to help bring this extraordinary journey to life, celebrating Ensemble’s top performers while sharing the hospitality, culture and extraordinary landscapes that make this part of China so special.”

Ensemble Beyond has quickly become one of the most distinctive recognition experiences in the travel industry. The 2026 journey follows previous Beyond experiences that have taken Ensemble’s top performers to Paris, including VIP access to the French Open at Roland Garros, and Tuscany, where the 2025 program culminated with a private performance by Andrea Bocelli during his 20th-anniversary hometown concert.
Each year is deliberately different. The constant is Ensemble’s commitment to recognizing the members who are driving growth, building exceptional businesses and contributing to the strength of the network.
Said Johnson: “Ensemble Beyond is something our members aspire to be part of because they know we are going to surprise them. It represents what Ensemble is all about: ambitious people, meaningful relationships, extraordinary access and a community that genuinely celebrates one another’s success. We want our members to leave inspired not only by where they have been, but by where their businesses can take them next.”
