A Seattle judge ordered city officials Tuesday to go further in preventing lewd and sexual activity at Denny Blaine Park, which allows for public nudity. The ruling was prompted by a lawsuit backed by a neighborhood group that hoped to close the park, which has a topless area and a clothing-optional area. A suspect has been named after two men were critically injured in a shooting that took place inside of a Kroger outside of Houston, Texas. Deputies with Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to reports of an active shooter at the Kroger located on Cypresswood Drive around 2:50 p.m. on Wednesday, July 15, according to a social media post shared by Constable Mark Herman. In a post on the OnePlus Community forum, the popular smartphone brand confirmed it will “conclude new product rollouts in North America.” OnePlus will continue to operate under its parent brand, Oppo, in China, but is also pulling out of Europe alongside North America. Workforce experts say recent media reports about high demand for philosophers to train AI programs in ethics are likely more hype than reality. “This is both a real trend and also overhyped,” said Derek Leben, an associate teaching professor of business ethics at Carnegie Mellon University.
