Right-handers Jose Cuas and Randy Dobnak are joining the team in place of fellow righties Eric Cerantola and Connor Seabold. Cerantola has been optioned to Triple-A Omaha, while Seabold has been placed on the 15-day injured list. Dobnak was already on Kansas City’s 40-man roster, but Cuas was not.
