Bebe Rexha is brushing off comments about her figure after her appearance at the 2026 American Music Awards.
Rexha, 36, wasted no time clapping back at trolls who chimed in on her weight following the event on Monday, May 25. When one X user posted side-by-side photos of Rexha through the years, she replied, “My thought is… My new album, Dirty Blonde, is out June 12th. Available for pre-order now.”
She added in another post, “You can support me by buying my album.”
Several fans had her back in the comments section, writing, “Stop body shaming people!!!!” Another commented, “She’s gorgeous 😍 and always has been,” while a third praised, “She looks amazing in both 💕.”
At the AMAs, which took place in Las Vegas, Rexha walked the red carpet in a black corset top featuring a V-neck and thick straps, as well as silver buckles. The singer styled the top with an edgy skirt featuring layered belts that hugged her hips and thighs and a long train.

She completed her ensemble with black fishnet tights and strappy heels with silver embellishments. Rexha added even more sparkle to her ensemble with a diamond necklace and stud earrings.
For glam, Rexha donned a full beat including smokey eyeshadow, winged eyeliner, long lashes and a pop of highlighter in her inner corner. The rest of her makeup was finished with filled-in eyebrows, bronzed cheeks and glossy, lined lips. Rexha’s platinum blonde hair was parted to the side and styled in loose curls.
Rexha previously opened up about her body in 2023. At the time, she shared a screenshot of a TikTok with a search bar that read, “Bebe Rexha weight.”
“Seeing that search bar is so upsetting,” she wrote via X. “I’m not mad cause it’s true. I did gain weight. But it just sucks. Thank you to all the people who love me no matter what.”
Rexha added, “I’ve always struggled with my weight. A bitch likes to eat.”
That same year, she shared she gained 30 pounds after being diagnosed with PCOS.
“I went to the doctor last year — and a lot of women actually have this and they don’t know about it — but they diagnosed [me] with PCOS, which is polycystic ovary syndrome,” Rexha explained during an episode of The Jennifer Hudson Show.
“I literally jumped, like, 30 pounds so quickly, maybe a little bit more,” she added. “But we gotta just be positive and just show people love.”
